CAS Trust needs someone who could offer us about an hour a week to help us manage our membership processes. This involves:
Issuing reminders when subscriptions are due
Welcoming new members
Administering targeted membership drives
Being first point of call for membership questions
Assisting members with log on, password issues etc.
You don't need to have any advanced knowledge of systems or software as we can give you full training and it is all pretty simple really. What is more important is being in a position to respond to members in a timely and efficient fashion.
