This item will be among the first few from CAS Trust to be published on the Newsnow web news service, marking another stage in the Trust's development.
We like to think CAS Trust are on the bleeding edge using technology and social media in particular, to reach Charlton fans.
Essentially the theory is we provide services that fans want like a club news digest, fans diary, Hub for other Addicks sites, etc, which in turn promotes visits. This allows us to get our message out both about the Trust, and articles we produce on the club and football generally, hopefully to an increasing audience.
That way we potentially also get more members, subscribers, and engagement and activity with and from fans increases. We also want to link other Addicks groups together and promote them generally.
We believe the network we are building that is now around 3000 Addicks, will empower fans, and strengthen this trust so we can help CAFC in good times and bad.
