Following the expulsion of Bury FC from the EFL a report has today been published by the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee recommending a raft of proposals to improve the regulation of football clubs. These include the appointment of an independent supporters' ombudsman to hear concerns about how clubs are being run.
