Charlton Athletic Supporters Trust has been invited along with other supporter groups to an informal "meet and greet" event with Chairman Matt Southall next Friday (24th) at The Valley.

The invitation - extended by East Street Investments PR advisor Paul McCarthy - predicts a "low key evening where Matt can find out exactly what the club has been doing right or wrong and how we can improve the lines of communication"

McCarthy stresses that "the necessity to reconnect with the support base is paramount. From my point of view it is inconceivable that many of you have been ignored for so many years"

We don't know what the format of the evening will be but we are pleased that East Street Investments are making this early attempt to reach out to supporters.
