We have been informed by club Director Marian Mihail that a change of ownership of East Street Investments is in process and that an official statement should be forthcoming on the CAFC website later today.

Meanwhile the players are due to return to training on Monday. Lee Bowyer has expressed his dismay at the EFL decision to end the season on a points per game basis if 51% of clubs don't agree to finish the season on the pitch. CAST have described this as eviction rather than relegation:
