Just in case you haven't already heard:

Judge Richard Pearce has this afternoon refused the application for an injunction by Lex Dominus (Paul Elliott) which would have stopped Panorama Magic selling the club.

This opens the door to a sale to Thomas Sandgaard (or, in theory, someone else).

Panorama Magic were represented in court by Charlton fan Lauren Kreamer who is a member of the board of CAST (or, to be completely accurate, was a member until she stepped down temporarily on August 17th when instructed on this case to avoid any perception of conflict of interest)
