CAST will be hosting a Q&A webinar with Steve Avory, Charlton Athletic's Academy Manager on Thursday April 8th at 7.30pm.

Steve is a figure held in very high regard at all levels of our club and in the wider football world. Those who heard him speak at the CAST AGM three years ago will know that he is a thoughtful and insightful speaker who will do his best to give honest answers to supporter questions. He has unique knowledge of our Academy set-up and how it seeks to prepare our young players for the challenges ahead. He will be able to offer his view on plans to develop the Academy and his insight into how the Academy fits in to the broader Charlton Athletic scheme of things and to the role played by technical director Ged Roddy.

Steve has said that he will bring one or two Academy players with him - details to follow.

The event will be hosted as a Zoom webinar, with CAST board members putting questions that you submit on the night directly to Steve.
