Emmanuel Forche is a CAST member who is undertaking doctoral research at Birmingham University  and is seeking the views of football fans in the light of the European Super League announcement and backlash last week.

He has asked us to bring this to your attention and to encourage you to take part in the research in any way that suits you. He told us:

"Researchers at the  University of Birmingham are carrying out a research project to understand more  about fans' thoughts on football and footballers particularly following the ESL announcements and subsequent backlash. Any fan over 18 years can take part by giving us their point of view in a one-to-one interview on the phone or using WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom or any platform they are comfortable with.
