B’mouth(a) season opener – FA Cup comes home – Fans demo PLHQ

Fixtures Announced

Highlights for Charlton fans planning their last minute holidays, August 3rd see us visit Bournmouth in the season opener, while the first home match is Middlesboro on the 10th.

Brighton make a welcome visit to SE7 on Boxing day and an excuse to get away from the Mother in Laws cooking. But the Addicks are away at Ipswich on New Years Day, if early kick offs are mooted this could be a bit of a strain for some trying to shake off the previous nights merriment.. Easter Monday is similar with a trip to Sheffield United on the cards.

Local rivals Millwall visit the Valley on Saturday the 21st September while the away fixture is on Saturday 15th March. With both games likely to be an early kick off.

FA Cup comes home

In other news the F A Cup final has been moved back to its tradtional slot at the end of the season, a week after the last league game, for the first time since 2010.

Fans demo today

Fans currently demonstrating at Premier League H.Q. about high ticket prices and commercialisation of football today will be pleased about the Cup no doubt. We will try and update further on the demo later.
