Our final survey of this year is all about what you think about CAS Trust, what we have done and we do next.

We want you to have your say about what we've done so far, and what we should do next. We have our own views about this of course but this is your supporters' trust and we are determined to consult with you regularly so we don't become out of touch with the people that we want to represent - that is you the fans - particularly as our membership and network has doubled in the last 6 months.

There should be slightly less surveys in future - this is our fourth so far - as member numbers stabilise, but we will continue to ask your views on a regular basis. The survey will be available online only at present, although we may decide to have the facility on match days stalls at some point, it will close at some point in November depending on take up.
