WIN A FOOTBALL SIGNED BY THE CHARLTON 2012-13 SQUAD !

As a signed up junior member of Charlton Athletic Supporters Trust you are invited to enter the following competition.Please send your answers to questions 1-4 to secretary@castrust.org by Friday 29th November at 5pm
1) On December 21st 1957 Charlton were playing Huddersfield Town at The Valley. After 61 minutes the score was Charlton 1 Huddersfield 5, and Charlton only had 10 men. What was the final score ?
2) On May 25th 1998 Charlton played Sunderland in the play-off final at Wembley. The score after extra time was 4-4 and it went to a penalty shoot out.
What was the final score on penalties ?
3) What are the squad numbers this season of (a) Danny Green and (b) Dorian Dervite ?
4) What will the score be when Charlton play Ipswich on November 30th ?
