Murray agrees to Charlton Supporters’ Trust early meeting request

We now know who the new owner of Charlton is, and inevitably there is great interest in what this might mean for the Club on and off the pitch.

Richard Murray’s new role as non-executive chairman has been broadly welcomed as an indication  that the Club will want to maintain a direct link between the Boardroom and the fans.
We are pleased to announce that he has agreed to our request for an early meeting to discuss the Club's likely direction, and the issues which seem to be of most interest to fans at this time. Richard has also committed to broader consultation with fans groups once the nature of his role and position has been clarified fully.
Please email us if you wish to contribute to secretary@castrust.org. We will report the date of the meeting when known, as well as a summary following.
