Standard - Genk : 1-0.

This was the final game of the play-offs. Standard finish 2nd, 2 points behind Anderlecht, and must be bitterly disappointed given the way they romped through the main league. UCL still awaits, but only in the 3rd qualifying round

Agrupación Deportiva Alcorcón, Spain

Hercules CF - Alcorcon: 1-2

Alcorcon are now up to 10th. Now only 4 points off a play-off place in this very tight league, with 3 games to go. Quite a turnaround.

FC Carl Zeiss Jena, Germany

Regionalliga Nordost (div 4 regional)

CZ Jena - Meuselwitz: 2-1.

CZ Jena are 3rd; they cannot be promoted but they won their Regional Cup final midweek against Rot Weiss Erfurt, the big boys of the area, 5-0. Doubtless much beer consumed!

Újpest FC, Hungary

Ujpest - Kecskmeti TE: 6-1.

Ujpest saved themselves from any relegation worries in emphatic style.

Sint - Truidense VV, Belgium

Belgacom Second Division - play-offs

AS Eupen - STVV : 2-2

STVV came back from 2-0 down. They need to win on Thursday at home to Mouscron - Peruwelz, and hope that Eupen don’t win their game against Oud- Heverlee.
