Here are the results for the weekend of 12th April

Standard de Liege, Belgium

Jupiler Pro (1st) League

Standard – Anderlecht: 3-1. Att. 24,062

A happy Defke reports

full house @sclessin -
Standard playing well in the first time good pression on every ball the attacks were nice and good a lot of changes to make a goal and at the 22 min good combination from bia to decamargo playing the ball with head and imoh scores with head 1-0 - after the goal we play very good and Anderlecht have just one good ball but thuram save it with the fingertips. After the break 59 minute score from Imoh 3minutes later goal from bia . Anderlecht was terrible nothing what they do was good but in the 70 minute thuram boxed the ball away far from the goal but a shot, the ball back at thielemans and a nice strike he makes the 3-1. now anderlecht think there is more and they got pression on every ball - few good combinations but standard was never really in trouble.

so gent lost also bruges and we are now back in position with the other teams.

the next game gent @ sclessin

the other game is bruges - anderlecht --- if we win, we still gain some points on anderlecht and bruges

Agrupación Deportiva Alcorcón, Spain

Segunda (2nd) Division

Llagostera - Alcorcon 0-0 Att. n/a

Meh.

Újpest FC, Hungary

NB 1 (1st Division)
Ferencvaros - Ujpest: 2-0. Att. 21,203

An unhappy Ujpest Lad reports:

Budapest Derby arrived, and the participants were having very, very different feelings before the game...
Ferencváros is fighting for the 2nd place in the league, being at the top of the form table, while Újpest have not won a game since November, being at the bottom of the form table, having not scored on 6 of the last 9 games...

Both teams played a midweek game in the cup semi finals (first leg), where Fradi won 2-0 in Szolnok (2nd div), while Újpest lost again in Fehérvár against league leaders Videoton (1-0)

Both teams organized fan groups' were away from the game, protesting against the Federation.
Újpest fans also stated that the Duchatelets have to leave Hungary immeadiately.

Only 200 Újpest supporters were in the stadium, while in the main square of Újpest, around 1500 people gathered to watch the game.

Ferencváros fans were supporting near Groupama Arena, also with thousands of people.

The game itself does not worth more than a few words: absolutely no passion from any people in the theater there, two chances from Újpest in the first half, two goals from Ferencváros in the second,

The misery continues, the fans are inches away from getting Roderick on a plane by their hands...

Sint - Truidense VV, Belgium

Belgacom Second Division

STVV – SV Roeselare: 3-0 Att. 7,450

That's more like it! A good win keeps STVV three points clear, and doubtless steadied a lot of nerves. interestingly Polish Pete only named as a sub, coming on after 60 mins. Two games to go, the last game against second place Lommel.

FC Carl Zeiss Jena, Germany

Regionalliga Nordost

Zwickau - Jena: 2-1. Att. 2,800

It all went wrong in the second half. FCC had taken a surprise lead against second place powerhouse Zwickau, but suffered two red cards before the hour was up. Looks like a brave fight by the nine men, but FCC ' s season is drifting away.
