The English Football League is conducting a supporters’ survey to find out the views of EFL fans and in particular the matchday experience at your club. They have said the following:

The results will be shared directly with your club and the EFL to help us listen to our fans and plan for the future, and so we’d like to invite you to have your say.

The survey will take around 10 minutes, and to thank you for taking part, you’ll have the opportunity to enter a prize draw* to win one of the following great prizes:
