On a number of occasions over the last year CAS Trust members have brought to our attention their dissatisfaction with some aspects of the coach travel organised by the club for away games. Complaints have included: not enough coaches; pricing; strange routes.

Although these comments have also been made to the club there does not seem to have been any improvement in the service and CAS Trust has therefore decided to offer an alternative. We hope that this will provide an improved service for fans and will offer more people the opportunity to travel and support the team.

In setting up the coach service we are drawing on the experience of a number of CAS Trust members - in particular that of Wendy Perfect who for many years ran away travel for the supporters club and the football club itself.

Our aim is to operate the service on a break-even basis over the season. We are not aiming to make a surplus.

The first CAS Trust coach will run to Fleetwood on Saturday September 10th. The price will be £20 with pick up times as follows:

Bromley 6.45am

Well Hall 7.00am

Charlton 7.15am

Bexleyheath 7.30am

Dartford 7.40am
