Sunday's final game of the season offers CAS Trust members their last chance to renew membership with cash at our stall behind the North Stand. We will be there from 11am until five minutes before kick off so save yourself all the hassle of bank transfers, on-line payments or cheques and come and give us a fiver instead.
One person definitely renewing on Sunday is William "Ron" White of Canterbury who is surely CAS Trust's oldest member. Ron was born ninety two and a half years ago just a few weeks before Charlton kicked off the 1924/25 season with a 3-0 win at Southend. This means he is one of the very few supporters who were alive when Charlton finished 21st in The Third Division (South) the following season - our worst ever finish. Ron was at the first game back at the Valley in 1992 and at Wembley in May 1998. He is an optimist who "hopes to see better times in the near future".
