It's that time of year when we are asking Charlton fans to share their views on the Club, the Trust and other footballing issues.

One of the aims of the survey is to see how the views of fans have or haven't changed since this time last season. The survey also aims to canvas opinion on recent developments regarding 'safe standing' at football stadiums.
