The EFL's decision over the international weekend to allow live streaming of League 1 and 2 games during the previously sacrosanct "blackout" of 2.45pm - 5.15pm on a Saturday appears to have had a direct effect on attendances at live games at, for example, Sunderland, Portsmouth, Accrington, Exeter and Morecambe.
