Further to our meeting with the EFL in mid October and in the knowledge that club staff met the EFL in November we recently followed up with an enquiry about progress of their investigation to "gain a full understanding of the current situation which surrounds the club."  In particular we enquired whether there was anything to report on the staff bonus issue.

John Nagle (EFL Head of Policy) has replied to say that there is no further update to provide at this stage other than to say that they are meeting with CARD in mid January for a similar meeting to the one they held with CAST, and that they will be in touch once they are in a position to share anything.
