Over the last three weeks Charlton staff have handled the sale of almost 70,000 match tickets. We believe that this is an unprecedented volume of transactions and, as far as we are aware, no supporter missed any of the three final games because they hadn't received their ticket.
Now that it is all over we are keen to ensure that we find time to look at what went well, what didn't go so well and whether there were any aspects which might have been handled differently.
We will be taking the opportunity to discuss this with club staff and supporter representatives and we hope to be able to launch a supporter survey of the club's ticketing processes within the next week or so.
