CAST are delighted at the news that Steve Gallen has been appointed as a director of Charlton Athletic. He joins Roland Duchatelet and Richard Murray on the board.

While we are not yet fully clear precisely how his role will change we can only see it as a good thing that someone with his impressive football knowledge and experience will be at the helm of the club.
