We are delighted to announce that Charlton Director and Head of Recruitment Steve Gallen has accepted the invitation to be our guest at this year's AGM on Thursday November 14th.

Steve will be available for a question and answer session which will give all present the chance to find out more about his role and what is happening at the club. Anyone who has heard him speak will testify that he is a thoughtful and eloquent speaker who is guaranteed to be informative and entertaining.

Johnnie Jackson said of Gallen this week:

"Gallen is unreal. We have got no chief executive in place and no chief scout. So our head of recruitment is dealing with contract negotiations with clubs as well. Steve comes to us with players that we're not even aware of - take Connor Gallagher for example. We have to take a bit of a leap of faith and trust Gallen's instincts as well, because he gets more right than he gets wrong"
