The club have announced that they are proud that they will shortly be launching this year’s Football v Homophobia month of action.
"For the fifth year in a row the Addicks will have a matchday dedicated to the cause. Portsmouth’s visit to The Valley, on January 30th, is the game selected and will be used to launch this year’s Football v Homophobia month of action, which will then run throughout February."
Thomas Sandgaard said: “One of the things I learned very quickly about Charlton is that the club has a proud history of inclusion and fighting inequality. The work the club, community trust and supporters have done together over the years is something they should all be proud of. The club is one of the leaders in fighting homophobia in football, which is important, as football should be a safe place for everyone."
