With no men's fixture this week Charlton supporters have an opportunity to watch our exciting promotion-chasing women's team's game against Bristol City instead. Kick off is 2pm on Sunday at The Oakwood (VCD Athletic), Old Road, Crayford, Kent DA1 4DN
Fresh from a 4-0 win at Watford the team sit in fourth place in The Women's Championship with a game in hand on the leaders. A 1-0 win in that game (v Lewes on October 17th) would put them TOP OF THE LEAGUE. The Women's Championship is one level below the WSL and the team's narrow FA Cup defeat against WSL team Brighton last week shows how close they are to competing at the very top.
