Arrive early on Tuesday and Saturday

The club has issued advice about early arrival for the games against Ipswich and Cambridge as larger than usual crowds are expected. In particular, there are specific instructions about print at home tickets.

In response to a question last week about access to the West Stand for the Plymouth game CAST were grateful to receive the following response from Mick Everett - Head of Matchday Operations:

"Re the turnstiles, as I am sure you know these are checked by our maintenance team prior to every game, but once in use it is not unusual for the odd one or two to develop either electrical are mechanical faults. If a turnstile goes down on the day we send an electrician and maintenance team member to the faulty turnstile to see if they can get them operating again as soon as possible. Since the Plymouth game we have brought in the turnstile engineers to try and remedy any faults they can find. Indeed having checked all the turnstiles once again the engineers tells us that three turnstiles need new parts which are not available to order. The parts required now need to be specially manufactured and we won’t see them installed until towards the end of this month.  To overcome this issue, Katie in the ticket office is going to try and issue match tickets to supporters with seats in the west upper and we will be putting staff with scanners at the exit gates to the upper tier. This should alleviate any queuing issues on the day, but it would help if fans did arrive early."
