Charlton's women return to The Oakwood on Sunday fresh from two excellent away wins at Birmingham (0-1) and London City (0-2) which have propelled them up to fifth in The Championship.
They have yet to concede a goal in three away matches but have struggled at home. At The Valley they were pegged back in the closing seconds by Sheffield United (1-1) and then gifted Watford a three goal lead which they couldn't quite reclaim (2-3). Maybe a return to The Oakwood is what is needed ?
Durham's last away game was a 1-9 defeat by Crystal Palace but they sit just one point behind Charlton thanks to wins over Lewes and London City.
This is a game which our women will be expected to win. Three points could put them in touching distance of top of the table Blackburn ahead of their clash on Sunday 15th.
