Apart from anything else he is, according to Wikipedia, Yann Kermorgant's brother-in-law.
The 33 year old winger was born in Zaire but moved to England shortly after his birth. He moved to Newcastle as a youngster as his older brother Lomana LuaLua was signed by Newcastle United.
Although he made seven appearances himself for Newcastle in The Premier League between 2007-2011 it was at Championship level that Kazenga really made his name. He made 136 appearances for Brighton between 2011 and 2017 followed by 19 at QPR, 6 at Sunderland and 52 at Luton (2019-21). He has spent the last three seasons in Greece
Nathan Jones has confirmed that Charlton are close to completing the signing. The CAFC website states that the club have agreed a deal to sign him, with LuaLua's arrival now subject to international clearance. Speaking in his pre-Fleetwood press conference, Jones said: “We’ve agreed with Kazenga LuaLua. We're just waiting for international clearance to see whether he will be involved this weekend. He's a player that I've worked with over a number of years. I worked with him at Brighton where he was magnificent, and he came in and did a similar job for me at Luton".
When asked if LuaLua is up to speed in terms of fitness Jones explained "He's one of those physical phenomenons that you could chuck him on the moon for a year and he'd come back and be able to be potent for a certain amount of minutes. That's the type of athlete he is. He's a great lad, a fantastic player and he's had a real good career. I've always enjoyed working with him and he makes us as a group, as a club and hopefully as an 11 better."
