The board of CAST are aware of the recent actions taken by the Club against fans deemed to have used unacceptable language and behaviour in relation to discrimination.

The Club’s slogan is 'All Different, All Together, All Charlton’ and Charlton Athletic have a rich and proud heritage of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) - not just in words, but also in actions that place it at the forefront of the football community’s efforts to kick all forms of discrimination out of football. Everyone associated with our football club - shareholder, director, employee, player, sponsor, partner, fan representatives and all fans - have an obligation to uphold what it is that the Club proudly and quite rightly stands for in relation to EDI.

We must take a zero tolerance approach to discrimination in all of its vile manifestations, and the board of CAST applauds the actions of the Club.
