CAST will be at the Greenwich Foodbank van in the main car park from 1.30pm on Saturday 14th December to receive donations.
Over 90% of the food distributed by Greenwich Foodbank is donated by the public – that’s why your food donations are absolutely vital to their ability to give everyone referred to them a balanced and nutritious three day supply of food.
Debbie Delahoy - Operations Manager at Greenwich Foodbank - told us this week that the Foodbank is currently delivering nearly 300 food parcels a week to local families, individuals and children.
Last December Charlton and Cambridge supporters contributed 117kg of food and nearly £900. It would be great to be able to beat that this year.
Currently Greenwich Foodbank urgently needs:
- Long life juice
- Powdered milk
- Tinned potatoes
- Indomie instant noodles
- Instant mash
- Hot chocolate
- Biscuits and chocolate
- Sponge puddings
- Toiletries
But donations of all non-perishable goods will be welcomed.
If you would like to contribute but you can't make it to the game you can donate at:
