Long-suffering travelling fans will have only three weeks’ notice of fixtures selected by Sky for the penultimate weekend of the season.

We would expect our fixture at Wrexham to be selected and moved from Saturday 28th April at 3pm but we now won't know until late next week. This also gives the club only a short time to manage the sale of away tickets, which we expect to be highly sought after.

These are the terms of the deal with the EFL:

• Selections for matches scheduled after the first weekend in March will be made by the broadcasters on a four-week rolling basis starting from February 1 (e.g. a selection for the first weekend in April will be selected in the first weekend in March).
• Selections for matches scheduled for the penultimate weekend of the regular season will be made by the broadcasters three weeks in advance.
• Selections for matches scheduled for the final weekend of the regular season will be made by the broadcasters the week prior.

Our fixture at Wycombe on Easter Monday has not been selected.
