The next meeting of the twice-yearly Supporter Forum is to be held on April 16th.
CAST will be represented at the meeting along with representatives from CAFC supporter groups. The meeting is chaired by the Fan Advocates Lewis Catt and Lucy Bishop and is attended by Ed Warrick – Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Board Member, Jon Blythe – Head of Operations and Tom Rubashow – Head of External Relations.
The purpose of the meeting is to focus on operational matters. At the last (and inaugural) meeting in November the following were among the issues raised by fan representatives:
- Parking restrictions
- Turnstile problems
- Loyalty Scheme
- AC Stand safety concerns
- Fan WIFI
- Hand dryers and hot water
- Player sponsorship
