The Football Supporters Association have produced this essential digital guide to the Women's Euros which start this week.

Like all the best football publications, it includes a Charlton flag (see page 9)

The tournament kicks off on Wednesday when hosts Switzerland face Norway in Basel. Holders England play their first game on Saturday 5th against France at 8pm (British Summer Time) while Wales take on Holland two hours earlier.

The guide includes information about the host cities; travel advice; where to meet up pre-match; memories of 2022; the teams in England's group and the key players plus how to watch the games on TV.

Sarina Wiegman sends her message to supporters of The Lionesses:

"We know thousands  of you will be planning on travelling to Switzerland. So many of you have brought tickets for our group stage games and we can’t wait to see and hear you in Zurich and St.Gallen. In whatever way you are getting behind the team, we thank you and please know your loyalty and passion will never be taken for granted by myself and the players. I promise we will do everything we can to make you proud. Let’s hope it is another summer to remember."
