The club have published their Fan Engagement Plan for 2025/26. This has been submitted to the EFL in line with EFL regulation 128.

The plan describes the different channels for fan engagement and explains how they fit together.

It outlines the fan engagement ambitions and timetable for the upcoming season. The club aims "to learn from the best in class in the Championship" and to "consolidate and improve on areas that fans find important".

CAST was pleased to have been instrumental in helping the club formulate the fan engagement framework last year. The club consulted with CAST on this year’s plan and took on board our feedback, especially in the detail of the plan and priorities. We will continue to assist in monitoring progress against the plan during the upcoming season.
