As a result of large-scale opposition Greenwich Council has abandoned its plans to introduce resident-only parking in Plumstead and Shooters Hill.
However, plans for Charlton, Blackheath, Kidbrooke and Thamesmead West are still open for consultation which has been extended until the end of September. Greenwich residents, people who have a business or work or study in Greenwich can comment on the proposals ("Sustainable Streets") here:

For fans attending the game against Leicester on 23rd August there are still unrestricted places on roads such as Thorntree Road, Kinveachy Gardens, Canberra Road, Charlton Park Road and some of the roads north of Woolwich Road. However, early arrival is advised as we noted that all available spaces in Thorntree Road, Kinveachy Gardens and Heathwood Gardens were filled forty minutes before kick off last weekend.
Some good news is that parking at Windrush Primary School, 775 Woolwich Road (ten minutes from The Valley) was available at £10 instead of the £15 which was the charge for the Watford game. However, the price has now (Saturday) reverted to £15 so we assume it is demand-led. You can book here:

There are still (Tuesday 12th) a few places bookable through JustPark (https://www.justpark.com/) or YourParkingSpace (https://www.yourparkingspace.co.uk/ ). These are available on private driveways and vary in price for 3.5 hours from £6 (1.25 miles away) to £31 on Charlton Church Lane.
