The new  EFL Supporters Survey 2025/26 is now open, and "it’s your opportunity to provide feedback on all things Club and EFL related."

The EFL want to hear from supporters of all 72 EFL Clubs about their experiences of following their team, how they engage with their Club, how they watch and consume league and cup football, news and information, and also get their thoughts on a range of other areas covering broadcasting, match officials and in-game technology.

There are offering prizes for participants who leave an email address:

• A pair of tickets to the 2026 Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final
• A pair of tickets to the 2026 Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final
• A pair of tickets to the 2026 Sky Bet League Two Play-Off Final
• A pair of tickets to the 2026 EFL Trophy Final

The survey will take approximately 25-30 minutes to complete but CAST encourages all Charlton fans to complete it if possible. The EFL will channel the outcomes to the club and, the more supporters who have completed it, the more useful it will be to the club in forward planning and in comparing its performance against other clubs.
