Can you donate £2?

If every CAST member could donate £2.00 to the Barry Kilby Prostate Cancer Appeal in advance of the PSA testing day at The Valley on April 11th the total required to fund the event would be reached.

Currently only £3250 of the required £7500 has been raised.

Tracey Leaburn explains:

"I am raising much needed funds for the Barry Kilby Prostate Cancer Appeal as we are testing our Charlton fans and also offering it to Preston fans on Saturday 11th April 2026. Each blood test costs £30 and although fans (booking appointments) are asked to donate £15 there is a shortfall of £15 per person.
Since the first testing day in 2018 more than 160 supporters have received flagged results.
The reason I am so passionate on helping men to be tested for Prostate Cancer is that my Dad was cruelly taken away from us when he still had so much life left to give. He has missed so many important occasions in our family.
Please help us by donating today to prevent other families from losing their Dads, brother, sons, uncles to this terrible disease."

The simple blood test checks the levels of PSA which can provide early warning of prostate cancer. The whole process just requires a few minutes pre-match, with the entrance via West Stand reception. Volunteers will be on hand to direct you. Results are provided on email within a few days of the test. If the results indicate the need, you will receive information on how to seek further investigation. It costs just £15 to register for the test.
