CAST was represented at the supporter forum on Thursday 16th April by vice-chair Heather Alderson
This is the twice-yearly meeting at which representatives of supporter groups have the opportunity to meet Club staff to discuss operational matters. The club was represented by Ed Warrick – Chief Financial and Operations Officer and Board Member; Jon Blythe – Head of Operations, and Tom Rubashow – Head of External Relations.

- Medical & Emergency procedures
- Supporter Liaison Officer
- Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
- New Supporter Group set-up
- Loyalty points for Charlton TV
- Attracting and retaining younger supporters
- Loyalty points and away games
- Facilities (including hand rails)
- Valley Gold discount
- Transport partnership
- Disabled Parking
- West Stand relocation process
- Stewarding
- Museum issues
- Any other Business
