Charlton sponsors, staff and players were joined at Sparrows Lane by fans who won the Club and Supporters' Trust's draws to attend the event
Trust news were also invited along, as were assorted members of the media, to see the unveiling of Charlton's away, and third kits, plus second goal keepers kit.
Those present were also treated to a view of first team squad training session including new signing Vitokele, and loan signing Buyens, plus some triallists going through their paces, and later modelling the new attire.
Drawn from the Nike catalogue but adorned by Charlton badges, sponsors, the kits are red (with white chest and sleeves), black with a gray panel, and a yellowy orange number for the 3rd kit similar to one sported by Barcelona, and most importantly of course available in good time for those hoping to sport them on the beach/poolside this summer.
We'd like to know your views, we also hope to follow up shortly on the merchandising of kits generally throughout the top echelons of the league in a future article.
Our prize winner above was Trust Member Tony Harman, (central with check shirt).
